Greg Peters, founder of Lafayette Square Financial Advisors, graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. While attending Cal, Greg played varsity football as an Offensive Lineman and was eventually drafted by the Dallas Cowboys under legendary Head Coach, Tom Landry. Although an injury cut his football career short, it was his team-oriented, mentoring personality that ultimately set him on the path toward becoming a financial advisor.
From its early days to where it is today, Greg’s initial vision for Lafayette Square remains constant – help individuals reach their financial retirement goals and guide business owners to a successful exit strategy. Today Greg has assembled a team of professionals that work closely with his clients to carry out his commitment to advise individuals and business owners plan for financial independence.
Greg is a member of the Cal Alumni Association and Big C Society. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution. Registered Principal with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, Greg has also obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Greg and his wife Kristen have two grown Sons and 4 beautiful Grandchildren. Kristen and Greg make their home in Lafayette and enjoy time together traveling, hiking and exploring areas along the California Coast.
