Jacquelyn Cross is the Director of 401(k) Plan Services at Lafayette Square Financial Advisors. She manages fund platforms, completes fiduciary reviews, resolves compliance and participant issues, and plans participant education. She has been in the financial services industry for thirty-five years. Previous to joining Lafayette Square, she worked at Contemporary Pensions, Transamerica, Thurlow & Associates, and Great West Life (Empower Retirement). Jacquelyn attended school as Los Medanos College and Bakersfield College. She has her Series 6 Securities registration, Series 63 registration, and her California/Oregon Life Health and Disability Licenses.
Coming from a family where her dad spent fifty years in the financial services industry, Jacquelyn was inspired to begin her career in finance in 1986. From an early age, her dad taught her to value investing and insurance. His dedication to the industry and general passion around managing money inspired her to provide the same level of care and trust to her clients.
Jacquelyn is a native Californian from the Central Bay Area. She presently lives in Rio Vista, California close to her parents, her children, and grandchildren. She is passionate about her family and enjoys spending time with them. Other hobbies of hers include cooking, reading, gardening, interior design, investing, yoga, walking, and going to see the Giant’s play.
